Is there a limit on traffic?
No, there are no traffic limits. Traffic up to 1 Gb/s is free in all regions. Please refer to the pricing details for each region in your personal account. You can monitor traffic and adjust the speed for each network in the "Internet" section of your personal account.
How does hourly billing work?
We charge only for the allocated resources: Every hour, our billing system charges you for the resources you use. At the end of the month, you receive an invoice for the used resources. For example, if you created a server for 5 hours, you will be billed for 5 hours at the end of the month. We do not require an upfront payment. There are no hidden fees.
Can I rent a cloud server for just a few days?
Yes, due to our hourly billing. You can create a cloud server for the desired period through your personal account.
Are there any limitations on the number of servers I can create?
There are no limits on the number of servers you can create. Each region has a basic quota that should suffice for testing purposes. We are ready to allocate additional resources for your project upon request at any time.
Do you still charge when the server is turned off?
When you set up a server, the hypervisor we use (Openstack) assigns specific resources like CPU cores, RAM, and disk space. These resources remain dedicated to your server whether it's running or not, making them unavailable for other virtual machines. As a result, billing continues for as long as the server exists, irrespective of whether it's active or inactive.
Can I modify the settings of an active server?
Yes, you can adjust the configuration of your cloud server whenever you like. However, please note that the server will undergo a reboot following any changes. It's also important to mention that disk size can only be expanded.
What operating systems are available, and can I upload my own? Do you support ISO images?
We provide pre-configured images in your personal account. However, ISO images are not supported. You can upload your own operating system in raw format after installing a specific set of utilities. If you require assistance, our technical support team is here to help you with even the most complex issues.
What payment methods are available for cloud servers?
Cloud resources can be rented through your personal account using either a credit card or bank transfer. Billing operates on a Pay-as-you-go basis.
How do I transfer data from other cloud servers to 3HCloud servers?
We offer seamless cloud migration support with no fees. If you are planning to migrate your infrastructure to 3HCloud, please let our account manager know by filling a website form or submitting a ticket to technical support, and we will guide you through the simplest migration process.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices are generated automatically twice a month, based on the rate: on the 15th for the period from the 1st to the 14th, and on the 1st of the following month for the period from the 15th to the last day of the month. For your convenience, we allow advance payments.
