This Privacy Policy describes how 3HCloud (referred to as “we”, “our” or “3HCloud” hereinafter) collects, stores, uses, and discloses your Personal Data in accordance with the laws in force in the United States. “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (including “Personal Information” in the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act, “CCPA”, as defined in the California Civil Code § 1798.140).
As a provider of cloud storage solutions, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and complying with applicable legal requirements.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is applied to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

1. The categories of Personal Data we collect

We do not use your telephone number for marketing purposes and spam. We send SMS messages only for informational purposes including but not limited notification about payment, service status.
3HCloud does not collect sensitive Personal Data, such as your religious or philosophical beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, health or medical information, genetic or biometric data, or other similar sensitive Personal Data as such term is defined under applicable law. If 3HCloud reasonably needs to collect any sensitive Personal Data from you, 3HCloud will obtain your consent for the collection of such Personal Data as may be required under applicable law. Our services are not intended for children. Children must not use services for any purpose. We will not knowingly allow anyone under 14 to register for our services and/or provide any personal identification information. If you are under 14, please do not sign up to use our services or provide any information about yourself through the service.
2. How do we use your information?
We use the information collected about you as appropriate and relevant for the following commercial purposes, as permitted by applicable laws:
- to register you as a new customer;
- to enable you to order our cloud storage services;
- to customize the content and information that we may send by Email and SMS messages;

- when required to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to subpoenas or court orders;
- with our service providers who assist us in providing our cloud storage services, subject to contractual safeguards;
- in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our company assets, where your Personal Information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
We may disclose Personal Data to business partners and service providers such as Keycloak cookies (The Linux Foundation) or Google Analytics in order to support our business operations, such as (but not limited to) following up on requests, providing technical support, marketing and communication initiatives. These business partners and service providers include payment processors, financial service providers and institutions, postal or government authorities, market intelligence and consulting service providers, and information technology service providers. Business partners and service providers are required by contract to keep the information received on behalf of 3HCloud confidential and secure and not use it for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was provided to them.
We do not sell Personal Data as the term sell is commonly understood. Under certain data protection laws, a “sale” is defined to include disclosures of Personal Data to a third party for monetary or valuable consideration. When you use 3HCloud websites, 3HCloud’s authorized partners, such as advertising networks, data analytics providers, social networks and advertising partners, may collect cookies and similar technology and use this data (such as your Internet or other similar network activity) for their own purposes, such as improving their own services.
